ClayVideo policy
How ClayVideo handles uploaded videos, generated references, account data and service logs.
We process the video and file metadata you submit, the selected output mode, anonymous session identifiers, account information when you sign in, and payment references needed to provide the service.
We use this information to upload and process your video, return the generated MP4, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, provide support, reconcile payments and keep the service reliable.
Uploaded source videos for anonymous sessions are normally retained for up to 24 hours. Logged-in source videos are normally retained for up to 7 days, generated outputs for up to 30 days, and operational logs for up to 30 days. Security records may be retained for up to 90 days. We may delete files earlier when processing is complete or when you request deletion.
ClayVideo uses Cloudflare for hosting, edge delivery and private object storage, Neon for PostgreSQL data storage, Creem for payment checkout, and a dedicated white-model processing service for video conversion. These providers receive only the data needed for their function.
You may stop using the service, request deletion of your files, or contact us about a privacy question. Some records may need to be retained to prevent fraud, resolve disputes or comply with law.
